Our lifetime warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, so if you notice any issues with your gear, contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to evaluate the issue and determine the best course of action. In some cases, we may be able to repair the item, while in other cases, we may need to replace it.
②For some of our products, such as our titanium water bottles, we offer replacement silicone seals. If you have any replacement questions, please contact our customer service directly.
③If you are not completely satisfied with our titanium outdoor products for any reason, we also offer a 15-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 15 days for a full refund or exchange.
